Yes, it is possible to hack the ingredients, but it's very complicated.
Easiest ways to do it, is through gifting, with cheat engine, you can send unlimited gifts.
steps:
1) open firefox, any explorer you use,
2) log in your facebook and get into RC
3) click on a gift you want to send
4) STOP before you click send
5) Open cheat engine, locate process select your explorer
6) on the right hand side of value entrance, click enable speed hack
7) freeze the game, means set value to 0
8) click on send as many times as you want
9) unfreeze it, set value to 1
10) There you go you have sent as many gift request as you clicked.

RC tools
One of the most well known, and easiest tool to you is: piaipRC tool.
1)It can reverse the worker's stamina loss, means, instead of counting down 4 hours, it counts up. Free Regen if you will, as long as it's running, your worker will never need rest.
2)Other useful functions, are speed eating, instant cooking, fast waitress.

Get cheat engine, just go to cheatengine.org
After that located firefox/IE/Chrom, or w/e explorer you use.
then follow these steps:
~1.)Open up your restaurant city in facebook
~2.)after that open now your cheat engine 5.5
~3.)click process
~4.)click firefox.exe
~5.)tick hex
~6.)change hex to FFFFFFB8D02A0FF2
~7.)change value type to 8 bytes
~8.) check also scan read memory
~9.)now click first scan
~10.) now there will be an 1 adress in the left side
~11.)click that then right click diassemble this memory region
~12.)then it will find [ cvtsi2sd xmm2 , xmn0 ]
~13.) right click Toggle breakpoint , click yes , close the pop up box
